1. Eligibility & Where We Sell
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are available for purchase globally; however, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local import laws and regulations.
2. Orders & Our Right to Refuse
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued where required by law.
3. Pricing & Changes
All prices are listed in AUD ($) and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order or contact you for confirmation before processing.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, product photos, and content on this site are owned by Tyron Tran. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
5. Shipping & Risk
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. However, we will comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, including providing remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods where required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Disputes
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it directly. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
9. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, or government actions.
